My research centers on questions of social cognition (how we process and store information about other people). I study how cognitive processes (such as memory and attention) might help us to better understand the nature of social phenomena. I also do data science and machine learning for predictive analytics. My career goal is to refine my data science skills, while showing the predictive power of human and organizational factors.
